Are these resources contractors or freelancers?

No. none of the resources are contractors or freelancers. They are full time employees of dotSense hence are bound to follow the company’s policies in regard to the safety and security of client’s intellectual property, security practices, and other aspects.

What if I want to test your services?

You can hire a resource for part time basis or buy 8 hours of services to test his drive. Please furnish your exact requirement and we will get back to you.

Will your resource edit and rework?

Yes. Our resource will work closely with you and will do unlimited editing till you requirement is achieved. For logo design our resource will provide you with 5 sample logo designs and unlimited editing.

How many resources I can hire?

You can hire single resource or if you have a large project of an entire website then you can also go for hiring a complete team of 1 programmer, 1 designer, 1 content writer and 1 project manager.

What will happen if I am dissatisfied with the resource?

If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with the resource then you need to notify us stating the reasons and concerns. We then take him off your project and assign a new resource for your project at the earliest.

For how many days I can hire your resource?

You can hire our resource on a full time, part time and hourly basis. In case you hire a full time resource then you need to pay us a fixed monthly cost and can treat then as your own virtual team. Your project manager or you can directly manage our full time resource. Our part time resource base is similar to the full time one, only the resource is allocated for 88 hours in a month. The hourly basis resource is basically a “pay-as-you-go” model in which you need to pay on hourly basis for the talent you hire.
